I continue to use Crown for my annual flue inspections. They have excellent customer service, both by team members in the office and in the field. They call to remind me to schedule my annual inspections and reach out if they have an opening and can fit me in earlier. The technicians who come out to the house are always super friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Crown Chimney is the best!!!! From the very beginning everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and easy to talk to. Deb in the office was great. Always returned my calls quickly and answered all my questions. Dan Moran who did the repair was very knowledgeable. He gave me my options, explained them to me and which was better for my needs. The whole crew did an excellent job. My neighbors have stopped to tell me how good it looks.. They cleaned up and left nothing behind. Showed up when they were suppose to and finished the job when they said they would. I highly recommend them and would use them again. This is the second job they have done for me the first was a liner.

When we bought our home in Dec. we knew that the chimney needed work. We called Crown Chimney and Saxon came and thoroughly discussed the project with us. After our conversation with him, we felt confident that we had called the right company! The chimney needed a flu for the gas boiler plus the bricks from the roof up needed to be totally replaced and a cap installed. They installed the flu in Dec. with plans to finish the project this summer. Two weeks ago, Jon, Dan, Hazen, Matty, and Dalton came and tore down the old chimney, rebuilt it and installed the cap in one day! They completely cleaned up the roof and yard before they left. We are very happy with the results! the chimney looks great and we are “happy campers”! I have enjoyed working with Deb. She has always been friendly and helpful and has a great personality!

Crown Chimney have been nothing short of amazing to work with. After receiving quotes from another company, we wanted a second opinion. Crown was prompt, friendly, and honest with us about the work needed and the quote came in much more reasonable than the previous one. Deb at the office was friendly and on top of everything we needed, keeping in contact with me regarding next steps, organizing Eversource to cover the power lines, and our service dates. They had availability earlier than originally planned, and she reached out to ask if that would work, which was great. Dan and his crew showed up on time, were polite and conscientious of my property and my neighbor’s property, and kept me informed of their work and progress each day. Everything was completed within the timeframe quoted, and the job they did was fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves so well that you can’t even tell they were there. Recently had my furnace replaced and needed to get chimney looked at. Submitted a few estimate requests online and Crown responded quickly. Was able to look at my chimney within days. Crown found a few issues with my flues which the photos clearly confirmed. Provided a detailed quote with no pressure. Friendly Crew showed up on time and answered any questions I had. They put down tarps and kept everything clean. Very professional organization.
