Family, faith and a fiery resolve are the brick & mortar that built the foundation of Crown Chimney.
In 2003 a flicker of an idea sparked into a flame and our business was ignited. Founded with the goal of being NH’s premier chimney company, Crown Chimney understands the necessity to not only offer the highest quality materials, integrity and craftsmanship, but to also nurture a team who would stoke the core values at the hearth of the company.
Integrity. We demonstrate honest, ethical business practices and our actions are consistent with our strong internal values. We place the success of our business and its people ahead of personal gain.
Empowerment. We give and receive unquestionable trust. This creates a safe and supportive environment that fosters personal and professional growth. We always help one another reach their full potential.
Customer Care. As a team and individually we go to extraordinary lengths to serve our customers. We provide our customers with the best products available and deliver them in a fashion that continually exceeds their expectations. In return, they are loyal fans and share their experience with others.
Sustainable. We guard our company resources with the same vigilance as our own. We earn profits that create capital for growth, prosperity, opportunity, job satisfaction, and job security. We lean into adversity, are never complacent, and always strive for greatness.
Impactful. Through decent wages, charitable contributions, and a fun, positive work experience, we influence the world around us. We enrich the lives of our friends and families, we contribute to the betterment of our communities, and we ultimately leave the world better than we found it.
Staff are motivated to pursue career advancement and are immersed in an inclusive and productive work environment where that satisfaction and positivity are passed along to our customers. Our certified and licensed team of professionals are ready to handle the venting of any gas, solid fuel or oil-burning appliances.
More than just sweeps in the industry, Crown Chimney offers a complete range of services from straightforward inspections to complex chimney rebuilds and everything in between… “we do anything and everything chimney”.
Let our Crown Chimney team provide you with unparalleled customer service and peace of mind for all of your chimney needs.

Office Staff
STEPHANIE
Office Manager
That familiar voice, the friendly smile – Stephanie has been with Crown Chimney since 2013. Incredible business savvy, sharp attention-to-detail, and administrative mastery, Stephanie oversees all operations and functions of the office from IT, purchasing, scheduling, accounting, HR and records management. Stephanie’s exemplary customer service is at the heart of all she does by offering resources, kindness and courtesy to anyone and everyone who reaches out. Stephanie’s interests include music, her cats London and Paris, and traveling; her perfect day would find her on a beach enjoying the sun.
BILLY
Service Dispatcher
After serving our country as an artillery specialist, we’ve enlisted Billy to take care of the scheduling of our high-ranking customers! Billy’s vast dispatching skills was a targeted hit on Crown Chimney and we couldn’t be more fired up! Billy’s explosive approach to life is as contagious as his sense of humor. When Billy is not expertly coordinating tactical operations for upcoming jobs, our resident “Dogface” enjoys spending time with his beloved K9s – Shadow, his German Shepherd and Tucker, his Blue Heeler.
DEB
Customer Success Manager
Deb will be the first to say that the Crown Chimney culture “is built on friendship and trust” and she is thrilled to promote the customer experience by connecting with customers through phone, in-person, print and digital interactions. There’s always an open invite connect via Facebook or Instagram, the Crown Chronicle newsletter or even a spring home show. In her spare time, Deb will most likely be found around water in some form – by the ice at a hockey rink or in a boat on the lake with her husband and dog, Tvshka.
JOHN B
Warehouse Coordinator
John brings a background in operations and inventory management to our Crown Chimney team which is fabulous for the guy who runs our Warehouse! If John wasn’t racing around behind the scenes to ensure our crews are set at the starting line, he would be fulfilling his fantasy of speeding around a track in a “stock” car! While stocking shelves may not be an adrenaline rush, he’s already getting down the Crown Chimney “formula” and is pretty “Grand prix” in our minds!
KENNY
Project Manager
Like chimneys & liners, pellets & stoves, brick & mortar, fireplaces & dampers, Crown Chimney & Kenny make a perfect pair. As a trained firefighter with two decades of service, Kenny is familiar with the science of flames. As a former associate at a hearth shop, Kenny understands the appliances people have in their homes! Kenny will lead our customers along the journey of taking their quoted work to completed repairs. We are thrilled that Kenny is on our team – like fireworks on the 4th of July, we are simply meant to be!
Technicians
DAN
NH Gas Licensed/CSIA Certified Master Chimney Sweep
Field Supervisor
Known as Spider-Man to his team members in the office, Dan has been scaling rooftops since 2001 and is always first to grab the scaffolding and shift into high gear. Dan is a CSIA Certified Master Chimney Sweep and trained carpenter who serves as the installation crew team lead. With an eye for design, Dan brings customer visions to life by creating original and beautiful stone hearth faces that enhance any style/décor. Dan advises people to “keep up with chimney maintenance” to ensure a comfortable home throughout the four seasons. A thrill-seeker by nature, Dan reaches new heights rock climbing but when on the ground you can be sure he will be “hoofing the ball” on a nearby soccer field.
SAXTON
NH Gas Licensed/CSIA Certified Chimney Specialist
Lead Inspector
Saxton has been serving Crown Chimney customers since 2017. The only thing bigger than his hulking physique is his larger-than-life commitment to promote the safety of our customers’ homes. Saxton’s passion for education is a continuous personal pursuit – when the subject is “chimney”, Saxton generously shares his knowledge to teach others about proper chimney venting, use of appliances and best practices. Saxton’s insight and creativity are the perfect mix to identify innovative hearth solutions through any challenge and scope of work. If Saxton were not a technician/mason/chimney sweep ace, he would return to a life of horse training or sow new seeds through sustainable farming.
TOM
NH Gas Licensed/CSIA Master Chimney Sweep
Tom found his way into the chimney sweep world through a friend and his interest was stoked. While able to service oil, gas and solid-fuel appliances, Tom is known as our resident pellet stove expert. Tom leads the maintenance crew at Crown Chimney, so it is no surprise his advice is to “have your chimney cleaned and inspected annually.” Tom enjoys being out on the road meeting new people and has a fondness for historical homes. Off-hours Tom enjoys the great outdoors (fishing, kayaking, camping, four-wheeling) and making the best maple syrup around.
JON
NH Gas Licensed/CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep
Lead Technician
Jon is a fan of action movies and while we’re an ensemble cast, he’s proving his heroic abilities (and mechanical inclination) to hit targets, outsmart challenges, tackle stunts and dominate the chimney business. We love the plot line of this epic adventure and can only ask ourselves one question … DO WE FEEL LUCKY? Yes we do! Jon’s “up, up and away” on a fast-paced, successful career adventure and we have no doubt that future sequels will sweep us off our feet!
ERIC
CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep
Technician
Eric would be in a digital world if he hadn’t found his days surrounded by chimneys. Like the technology industry, the chimney industry is a dynamic and rapidly evolving field. Instead of a modem, he has masonry; instead of a CPU, he has a cap; instead of a laptop, he has a liner; instead of software, he has staging … Eric urges customers to “take maintenance of your chimney and appliances seriously so they run efficiently and safely” (a “firewall” of sorts). When it comes to networking, Eric is at the top of his game and we are glad to have him as a collaborative “content” creator.
ERIK
CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep
Technician
When it comes to chimneys, Erik is as serious as it gets and wears his certification badge with pride. Erik encourages our customers to “wonder a little more and indulge <their> curiosity,” advising folks to utilize our talented technicians to learn about the value of annual maintenance and safe burn habits. When it comes to having fun, Erik is as silly as it gets and embraces his Hype Man persona to the fullest. Erik takes a very upbeat approach in life to spread positivity, boost morale, and keep everyone laughing. Professional sweep or peep, we are hyped to have Erik on our team!
IVAN
CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep
Technician
They say things happen for reasons and we could not agree more. Call it fate. Call it happenstance. Either way, we could not be luckier to have Ivan as a member of our Crown Chimney team. Ivan enjoys the hands-on work of a chimney professional and gets satisfaction from those transformative projects that bring beauty and function to a home. They say chimney sweeps are good luck, so the odds are in Ivan’s favor for a rewarding career. When not at work Ivan enjoys firing up the grill for family meals.
KOLLIN
CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep
Technician
A mason by trade, a concrete sculptor by hobby, and a documentary enthusiast in his spare time, Kollin could very well be scripting the perfect biopic of the life of an extraordinary chimney sweep! Character study, real life drama, engaging plot with twists and turns (and he can juggle) … a compelling story with a relatable leading man! Kollin puts his full effort into his work and strives to exceed customer expectations. We’re ready to make our nomination to the Academy – he gets our vote!
RYAN
CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep
Technician
The best advice Ryan could give people about chimney care is to: “Call Crown” and we agree! If Ryan was not so skilled as a chimney technician, he would be a skydiving instructor! It’s a great thing that Ryan is not acrophobic so he can enjoy the rooftop views and soar to new heights working in tandem with his crewmates. While accelerated free-falling is more his speed, when on the job, Ryan is safely harnessed and stable. We are thrilled this thrill-seeker jumped into our office, and while he may not be holding a parachute, he is holding the necessary tools for his success in the chimney industry.
MARIO
Technician Assistant
Crown Chimney cast a line and Mario took the bait! A fishing enthusiast, Mario was lured to the chimney industry in pursuit of learning a skilled trade. Mario has taken on this career like a fish to water and advises folks to stay ahead of creosote/ blockages to avoid buildup and safety hazards. Mario enjoys reeling in the satisfaction of helping others stay safe in their homes and is hooked, “knowing the work he does makes a difference.” While there are plenty of fish in the sea, we’re thrilled Mario isn’t the one who got away and look forward to supporting him to captain his career as a member of our crew!
